Moyra has over 20 years’ experience in the community sector in both a voluntary and paid capacity and plays an integral role in a community led social enterprise specialising in community research and social audits. Moyra has been involved in a wide range of community projects and has a wealth of knowledge in recruiting and supporting volunteers.

Mandy Cowden

Community Social Work Broker

Mandy is a qualified social worker with over 20 years of experience working with BHSCT. Mandy has worked in sensory support services, older people’s services and most recently Senior Social Worker in the Royal Hospital. Mandy has a particular interest in the interface between hospital and community services and the ways in which vulnerable adults and older people, including those with dementia, can be supported to live as independently as possible.

Jacqueline Kelly

Self-Directed Support Finance & Administration Officer

Jacqueline has 20 years experience working in Care Management for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This involved working in hospital, community and care homes. Jacqueline thoroughly enjoys working with older people and feels it is very important that they are enabled to live independently within their own homes for as long as it is possible to do so.
